The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  West central Caddo Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Central Bossier Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Southeastern Marion County in northeastern Texas...
  East central Harrison County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 1030 PM CDT.
    
* At 946 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
  tornado was located just south of Mooringsport, or 15 miles 
  northwest of Shreveport, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Blanchard around 950 PM CDT.
  Shreveport and Benton around 1000 PM CDT.
  Bossier City around 1005 PM CDT.
  Eastwood around 1015 PM CDT.
  Haughton around 1020 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Dixie,
Caddo Lake, Ferguson, Princeton, Fillmore, Linton, Bodcau, Bellevue,
Leigh and Red Chute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Tornadoes are extremely difficult to see and confirm at night. Do not
