The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Rockwall County in north central Texas...
  Northwestern Kaufman County in north central Texas...
  Eastern Dallas County in north central Texas...

* Until 630 AM CDT.

* At 601 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Garland, moving southeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, and Sunnyvale around 605 AM 
  CDT.
  Balch Springs and Forney around 615 AM CDT.
  Seagoville around 620 AM CDT.
  Crandall and Talty around 625 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Heartland, Lawrence, White Rock Lake, Lake Ray Hubbard, Buckingham,
McLendon-Chisholm, and Sand Branch.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 20 between mile markers 478 and 499.
 Interstate 30 between mile markers 50 and 69.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile
home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and
protect yourself from flying debris.
