  The City of Richmond in central Virginia...
  Central Chesterfield County in central Virginia...
  Central Henrico County in central Virginia...

* Until 245 PM EST.
    
* At 213 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Chesterfield Court House, or near Chester, moving
  northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Bensley around 225 PM EST.
  Downtown Richmond around 230 PM EST.
  Virginia Commonwealth University around 235 PM EST.
  Richmond and Virginia Union University around 240 PM EST.
  Highland Springs, East Highland Park and Lakeside around 245 PM 
  EST.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Pocahontas State Park, Drewrys Bluff, Montrose, Richmond Heights,
Chesterfield and Dumbarton.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
