The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Louisa County in central Virginia...
  East central Goochland County in central Virginia...
  Northwestern Henrico County in central Virginia...
  West central Hanover County in central Virginia...

* Until 215 PM EDT.
    
* At 138 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Oilville, or near Goochland, moving east at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Tuckahoe and Wyndham around 155 PM EDT.
  Ashland, Randolph Macon College and Laurel around 210 PM EDT.
  Glen Allen around 215 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Rockville, Dabneys, Gilman, Vontay, Johnsons Springs, Goodall,
Elmont, Short Pump and Dumbarton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
