The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Albany County in southeastern Wyoming...

* Until 330 PM MDT.
    
* At 305 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Tie City Campground, or near Laramie, moving
  southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Tie City Campground around 315 PM MDT.
  Yellow Pine Campground around 320 PM MDT.

This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 317 and
324.
