.A band of heavy precipitation is set to impact the panhandle
Wednesday night into Thursday. In the far northern panhandle at
elevation, temperatures are expected to remain cold enough to
allow for accumulating snow along the highways, while at sea
level temperatures will warm with southerly flow.
