MORNING TO NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Light freezing rain or drizzle possible. Total ice 
  accumulations of a light glaze possible.

* WHERE...From parts of central, south-central, and much of 
  eastern Arkansas.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to noon CST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges
  are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning  
  commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.
