THURSDAY ABOVE 7000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected above 7000 feet. Total snow accumulations 
  of up to 7 inches expected. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph on 
  exposed ridgetops and along the crest.

* WHERE...Tulare County Mountains above 7000 feet.

* WHEN...From noon Today to 5 AM PDT Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Roads will be slick and snow covered with 
  possible travel delays and chain restrictions.
