URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Short Window of Freezing Rain or Drizzle Possible Across South
Mississippi and much of Southeast Louisiana...

.Very cold air in place has been slow to move out of the area
this morning. Moisture is beginning to return to the area.
Patches of rain or drizzle have begun to fall since 5 AM CST, and
is occurring in areas that are below freezing. Accumulations
should remain light from near 0.1 of an inch to a Trace along the
Louisiana-Mississippi border and over southwest Mississippi.
Elsewhere over southeast Louisiana and coastal Mississippi, only
trace amounts are expected, but that will be enough to produce
hazardous conditions briefly. Warmer air is expected to move into
the area during the late morning to midday hours with all liquid
precipitation expected through the remainder of the day.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

Temperatures have warmed above freezing and are in the middle 30s
for most locations with in the advisory area. Some lingering
pockets of temperatures right at freezing around Baton Rouge will
warm above freezing within the next hour. Precipitation has also 
remained out of the Baton Rouge area this morning, and the threat
for freezing drizzle has diminished.
