  from the single digits to lower teens.

* WHERE...Areas generally along and north of a line from Morgan 
  City to Laplace to Pascagoula.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures and wind chills can lead to 
  hypothermia if proper clothing is not worn.
