  accumulations less than one inch, and ice accumulations around a 
  light glaze.

* WHERE...Northern Grafton County.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...A period of mixed precipitation is expected with air 
  temperatures remaining below freezing. Expect slippery road 
  conditions and avoid travel if possible. Very slippery sidewalks, 
  roads and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could 
  impact the Thursday morning commute.
