* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations OF 3 TO 5 inches 
  is possible. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Sacramento Mountains Above 7500 Feet and West Slopes 
  Sacramento Mountains Below 7500 Feet.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and difficult travel. 
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
