...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM MST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 5 
  below zero.

* WHERE...In New Mexico, Otero Mesa. In Texas, Northern Hudspeth 
  Highlands/Hueco Mountains, Salt Basin and Southern Hudspeth 
  Highlands.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 7 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if 
  precautions are not taken. If you must venture outdoors, make 
  sure you wear a hat and gloves.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coldest locations will be in exposed 
  areas where east winds could become gusty at times. Wind chill 
  values will quickly rise after sunrise Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while outdoors. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and
