Precipitation was rapidly tapering off and temperatures in many 
areas of Pike and Wayne counties Pennsylvania were above freezing.
The threat for ice accumulations has ended. Roads still may be
snowy or icy in spots. Motorists are advised to use caution if 
traveling. Watch out for snowy and icy road conditions.
