The National Weather Service in Columbia has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for Lancaster County, which is in effect until 2
PM EDT this afternoon. 

* MAIN IMPACT...Accumulations up to one inch is possible mainly
  across northern Lancaster County. 


* OTHER IMPACTS...Heavier snow showers may limit visibilities.
