Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Rutland, Chester, Woodstock, Cavendish, Ludlow Village, Rutland City,
Perkinsville Village, Wallingford, Mt. Holly, Rutland - Southern
Vermont Airport, Plymouth, Clarendon, West Rutland, Ira, Windsor,
Mount Holly, Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Ascutney and Proctor.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
