Louisa, Wayne, Fort Gay, Durbin, East Lynn Lake, Burnaugh,
Centerville, Kiahsville, Dunlow, Lockwood, Gallup, Clifford,
Glenhayes, Buchanan, East Lynn and Genoa.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
