along a line extending from 8 miles north of Montauk Point to near
Gardner's Island. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Southold, Fishers Island, Gardner's Island, Plum Island, Hither Hills
State Park, Montauk Point, Montauk, Orient and Springs.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
