At 810 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 nm south of
Muskeget Channel to near Buoy 44097 Southeast Of Block Island,
moving southeast at 35 knots.
