* At 324 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain with 1 to 2 inches of rain due to thunderstorms. This
will cause flooding small streams and low lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Black Mountain, Old Fort, B.R. Parkway-Craggy To Little
Switzerland and Montreat.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area and
will result in minor flooding.</description>
