* Until 445 PM MST.

* At 136 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Overflowing
poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory
area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
mainly rural areas of Gila and Coconino Counties

Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5-1 inch will be possible.</description>
        <instruction>Flooding of washes and small streams will occur, and some dirt roads
will become muddy and impassable.

Remain alert for flooding even in locations not receiving rain.
Normally dry washes, slot canyons and streams can become raging
killer currents in a matter of minutes, even from distant rainfall.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.</instruction>
