* At 304 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. A LCRA Hydromet gauge SW of
Luckenbach near the Gillespie/Kendall County border has received
almost two inches of rain in the past 30 minutes. More rainfall is
expected to fall as showers and storms are back building to the
southwest. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding.
