* Until 745 AM CDT
* At 443 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across portions of Val Verde county north of Del Rio
along and west of the Devils River to near Juno to near Langtry.
The heaviest rains have fallen in and around the Comstock area
near the intersections of US highway 90, state highway 163 and
county road 1024. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.
Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.
A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.

Creek. Flash flooding is expected.

Harrisburg.
This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between exits 121 and 128.
